Rashidah D. Young is a seasoned real estate professional licensed in both Florida and Georgia. She began her real estate career in 2009 and went on to establish her own brokerage, Empire Realty and Mortgage, in 2019. With a deep passion for legacy building and wealth creation, Rashidah currently serves as the Real Estate Ambassador for M.O.M.S., an organization founded to support mothers of professional athletes.
A former NFL wife, Rashidah brings unique insight into the needs of high-profile families and professionals navigating real estate decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida and an MBA from Beulah Heights University. She is also a published author, a three-time state beauty pageant queen, and a recognized thought leader.
In addition to her real estate leadership, Rashidah is the Founder of The Ascension Portal, a nonprofit spiritual platform committed to serving the community through healing, consciousness, and transformation. She is a proud mother of six and affectionately known as “Yaya” to her three grandchildren.
